3. Contact forms and business communication
When you use a contact form, request a quotation, send an email or call us, we may process your name or company name, email address, telephone number, message and other information you provide voluntarily. We use this data to answer the enquiry, prepare an offer, discuss a project and take steps before entering into a contract.
4. Contracts and customer service
If a contract is concluded, we process identification, contact, billing and project-related data to perform the contract, provide support, maintain accounting records and establish or defend claims.
5. Direct marketing
Contact details may be used for direct marketing of All Day IT services where permitted by law. Where consent is required, marketing communication is based on prior consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
